About Us
Just three weird girls with a creative itch to scratch.
Wicked Works Bazaar has been through many metamorphoses over the years and has finally emerged as a wonderful culmination of self discovery and artistic expression. Founded in 2019 by Brooke Patterson as a way to create while bringing joy to others, this Appalachian based small business is rooted in the love for the macabre, weird, and fantastical.
Now, with two additional creative artists joining the team, we all strive to bring you a uniquely weird piece of art to express yourself and your space.
Find the perfect oddity for decor. Accessorize yourself with our abundant variety of odd jewelry from hand sculpted pieces to repurposed treasures and even foraged creatures and foliage. Hand designed and hand painted artwork available as original pieces, stickers, prints, woodwork, scrunchies, and more. Carefully curated gift sets that include products with matching themes.
Get to know us during our virtual live events or in person at several markets we vend at throughout the year. Relax and casually browse our stock of products or have some fun with our interactive games available during both in person and live events!
Who are we?
- Rose Bowen - "I'm Rose, the queen of creepy cool nails. When I'm not obsessing over horror movies, I'm a nail tech and artist specializing in sculpting, painting, and jewelry making."
- Josie Williams - "Hi! I’m Josie! My specialty is ethical taxidermy with a twist, and memorial preservation for the creatures that inhabit our planet!"
- Brooke Patterson - "I'm Brooke! I love the weird and macabre, the magical and whimsical, and strive to include them in everything I do. I like to consider myself a person of many interests. Which is reflected in the variety of art I create!"
Follow us on socials, shop online, stop by an event, chat with us during virtual lives, we can't wait to connect with our fellow weirdos!
