Design Process (for customs)

If you purchase a custom we will make a digital design for your order and send it to you for approval. You MUST ask for edits/approve the design in the first 72 hours that the email was sent to you. If you do not respond we will move forward with the current design that we sent to you. Your turn around time will not start until the design is approved OR that 72 hour window for approval/edits has closed.

Turn around time (TAT)

We ask that you please give us a 4-6 week turn around time on all orders. All orders that have a TAT will have it clearly stated in the product description as well as have "(PRE-ORDER)" in the title.

 

Porch Pick Up (PPU)

We ask that you please pick up your porch pick up orders in a timely fashion. We do understand that life happens, sometimes things come up. If your item has been in PPU for 3+ weeks we will reach out to you to remind you. 

When we put your item out for PPU you should receive an email saying your order has been picked up. This means it is out in the PPU tote and waiting for you to pick it up! 

Please do not select this option at checkout just because you don't want to pay shipping. If you pick this and your item needs shipped we will invoice you for the shipping cost. 

Refunds 

No refunds unless it's our mess up. 

Shipping

Please note that some of our items are rather large and heavy! We do our best to get find the most affordable shipping rates. Once we drop off the package, it is no longer in our control. Please allow 2-5 weeks to receive your package! If you have an issue with shipping, please contact the carrier.Â
